No Ice Cream Peppermint Shake
1 cup milk alternative
1 handful dried peppermint leaves
1 scoop vanilla or chocolate protein powder
1 frozen banana
Blend ingredients together and enjoy. 🙂
1 cup raw cashews
4 cups water
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp cardamom
1 tsp coriander seeds
1/2 tsp nutmeg
honey or dates to sweeten
Place all ingredients into your blender until smooth. Pour through a fine mesh strainer or nut sack. Seal in an airtight container. Can be stored for 3 – 4 days. Can be heated if you prefer a warm sip of holiday loveliness!
Santa’s Slim Sugar Cookie Smoothie
2 Celestial Seasonings Sugar Cookie Sleigh Ride Tea Bags
1 1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk, divided
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
2 tbsp old fashioned oats
7-9 ice cubes
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp maple syrup
Allow tea to steep in milk alternative in the fridge overnight. The next morning, remove tea bags and add tea, additional milk, protein powder, oats, ice, vanilla and maple syrup. Blend until smooth, thick and creamy. Pour in a tall glass and serve.
